Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Celebrants Club ticket and attend the event?
In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. How do I place my order?
All Celebrants Club tickets must be purchased online. Celebrants Club tickets will go on-sale, Wednesday, March 22nd at 10am local venue time and will not require a password or code to purchase. After you click “purchase” next to your package, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.
Do The Celebrants Club Tickets Have An Age Restriction?
The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local venue’s website for more information.
Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Celebrants Club package?
Guests will have the opportunity to select a premium reserved seat or general admission ticket where available.
What is a General Admission ticket?
General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. The Celebrants Club tickets include early entry to the venue which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.
What is a Premium Reserved ticket?
A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.
How do I receive my merchandise?
All merchandise must be picked up on-site at the local venue at the event. 100X will make this easy for you at the venue check-in as well as provide further instructions via email in the days leading up to your event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.
What time should I show up to the venue to enjoy the private pre-show performance and Q&A with Nickel Creek?
A few days before the event we will email you specific instructions and detailed information regarding location and time of check-in. These times may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules.
Is parking included with my Celebrants Club ticket purchase?
Parking is not included with the Celebrants Club ticket. Please check your local venue’s website for all parking details.
If I purchase a platinum ticket, is that the same as a VIP?
Platinum Tickets are not VIP Tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to VIP areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to filter on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.
Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Celebrants Club Program?
Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Celebrants Club program, please contact 100x hospitality Guest Services immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the event name and your order number when emailing.
